1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mentorship programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by The Prop Trading Academy (“TPTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a Discovery Call, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs or make a purchase. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Our Programs
TPTA offers educational mentorship in forex trading, including but not limited to:
- Smart Trader’s Blueprint
- Zero to Hero to Funded Mentorship Program
- 1-on-1 Mentorship with Coach Aly
These programs teach trading methodology and strategies for approaching prop firm evaluations. Program access, format, and content are described on the relevant sales pages at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
4. Not Financial Advice
TPTA is an educational mentorship provider, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or prop trading firm. Nothing on our website, in our programs, or in communications from Coach Aly or TPTA staff constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
- Trading forex and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals.
- Past performance — including Coach Aly’s own results or any student testimonials — is not indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, prop firm challenge attempts, and any resulting financial gains or losses.
- We do not guarantee that you will pass any prop firm evaluation or receive a funded account.
5. Relationship to Prop Firms
TPTA is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any prop trading firm, except where we participate in their affiliate/referral programs. Any prop firm challenge fees, evaluation rules, payouts, or account terms are governed solely by the respective prop firm’s own terms and conditions, which we do not control.
Where we provide affiliate links to prop firms, we may earn a commission if you sign up through those links. This does not increase your cost and does not affect the objectivity of our educational content.
6. Payments, Enrollment, and Refunds
- Prices for programs are listed on our sales pages and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
- Payments are processed through Systeme.io and/or our designated payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their applicable terms as well.
- Refunds: All sales are final. TPTA does not offer refunds for any mentorship program, including but not limited to Smart Trader’s Blueprint, Zero to Hero to Funded, and 1-on-1 Mentorship, regardless of usage, completion status, or trading/funding outcomes. Please review all program details carefully before purchasing.
- Access to paid content is granted upon successful payment confirmation and is personal to you; sharing login credentials or reselling access is prohibited.
7. Discovery Calls
Booking a Discovery Call does not obligate you to purchase any program. Discovery Calls are provided for informational purposes to help you determine fit and are not a guarantee of results, admission, or funding outcomes.
8. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course materials, recordings, or proprietary content without written permission
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other students’ accounts, or non-public areas of our platforms
- Harass, abuse, or disrupt other students or staff, including in community/group spaces
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during enrollment
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, branding, videos, written content, trading frameworks, and other materials provided through TPTA are the intellectual property of The Prop Trading Academy (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access this content for personal educational use only.
10. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared by TPTA (including Coach Aly’s own trading and OFW-to-funded-trader story) reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Trading outcomes depend on many factors including individual effort, market conditions, risk management, and factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPTA and its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of our Services or reliance on our educational content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TPTA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular trading or funding outcome will occur.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on third-party platforms including Systeme.io, Hostinger, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data practices of these third-party providers, though we take reasonable steps to work with reputable partners.
14. International Users
Our Services are accessible globally, with a primary audience in the Philippines, including OFWs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of trading education content and any prop firm challenge participation complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your own country or region.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
